The Video & Audio Guestbook is set up for the full length of your event or reception (typically 4–6 hours), so every guest has the chance to stop by and leave a message.
Yes — professional delivery, setup, and pickup are included with our Premier and Signature packages within the Port St. Lucie area. The Classic package is a phone-only rental with pickup/drop-off options available. Travel outside our standard service area may include an additional fee.
Submit an inquiry through our booking form or reach out by phone or email. Once we confirm availability, a signed rental agreement and deposit secure your date on our calendar.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date. We'll confirm your exact due date and payment options when you book.
Every message is saved to a keepsake USB included with your package, and we also provide a digital copy of your recordings within 7–10 business days after your event.
Yes, with a bit of planning — a shaded or covered area works best. Direct sun, wind, rain, and extreme heat or cold can affect the equipment, so let us know your setup location and we'll help make sure it's a good fit.

3. Event and Guestbook Recordings
Video and audio guestbook recordings may contain images, voices, names, personal messages, or other information voluntarily provided by event guests.
These recordings are collected for the purpose of providing the booked guestbook service to the client.
JC Infinity Events LLC does not intentionally use private guestbook recordings for advertising or social media without permission.
Recordings may be temporarily stored while they are processed and delivered to the client.
Stored Company copies may be deleted approximately 30 days after digital delivery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely preserving their delivered recordings.
4. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Square or other payment providers used by JC Infinity Events LLC.
JC Infinity Events LLC does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information entered directly into a third-party payment processor.
Payment providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.
5. Information Sharing
JC Infinity Events LLC does not sell customer personal information.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:
payment processors;
website hosting or form providers;
email or communication providers;
accounting or bookkeeping providers;

The website and booking services are intended for adults arranging events.

Guests at events may appear in event recordings with the knowledge and responsibility of the event host or responsible adult.

Welcome to JC Infinity Events LLC. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting availability, booking a service, or purchasing/renting services from JC Infinity Events LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Business and Services
JC Infinity Events LLC is a Port St. Lucie, Florida event rental business offering video and audio guestbook rentals, guestbook telephone booth displays, related rental equipment, setup and pickup, decorative guestbook display styling, and optional guestbook attendant services for the rented setup.
Specific packages, equipment, add-ons, pricing, availability, service duration, and inclusions are identified in the applicable invoice, estimate, or Rental & Service Agreement.
JC Infinity Events LLC does not represent itself as an event planning agency or general event staffing agency unless such services are specifically added and agreed to in writing.
2. Availability and Booking
Submitting an inquiry or availability request does not reserve an event date.
An event date is reserved only after:
the required 50% non-refundable retainer has been received; and
the applicable Rental & Service Agreement has been signed.
Bookings are subject to availability.
3. Pricing and Sales Tax
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Applicable Florida sales tax will be added to taxable rental transactions.
The final price, selected package, services, add-ons, taxes, deposits, and payment schedule will appear on the customer's invoice or estimate.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the event date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
A $150 refundable security deposit, when applicable, is due with the final balance.
JC Infinity Events LLC may decline delivery, setup, or service if required payments have not been received by the due date.
5. Refundable Security Deposit
When required, the refundable security deposit is held to cover potential loss, damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other costs associated with the rented equipment.
The security deposit will generally be refunded within 5 business days after pickup and inspection, provided there is no loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
If deductions are required, reasonable documented repair, replacement, cleaning, or related costs may be deducted before any remaining balance is returned.
6. Cancellation
The booking retainer is non-refundable.
For cancellations made more than 14 days before the event, amounts paid above the non-refundable retainer may be refunded.
For cancellations made 14 days or less before the event, rental and service payments are non-refundable.
Any eligible refundable security deposit will be returned according to the terms of the Rental & Service Agreement.
7. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
JC Infinity Events LLC cannot guarantee availability for a new event date.
If a requested replacement date is unavailable, the applicable cancellation terms may apply.
8. Rental Period
Guestbook packages generally include up to 6 hours of guestbook availability, unless a different duration is stated on the invoice or Rental & Service Agreement.
Delivery, setup, event access, and pickup times may occur outside the guestbook-use period.
9. Equipment Ownership and Responsibility
All rental equipment remains the property of JC Infinity Events LLC.
The client is responsible for helping ensure the equipment is treated properly by guests and is not moved, altered, damaged, removed, exposed to unsafe conditions, or used improperly.
The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from loss, theft, misuse, intentional damage, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
10. Delivery, Setup and Pickup
The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information and reasonable access for delivery, setup, and pickup.
The client should advise JC Infinity Events LLC in advance of parking restrictions, stairs, loading requirements, venue restrictions, limited access times, security requirements, or other conditions that may affect service.
11. Equipment Placement and Power
JC Infinity Events LLC may determine or approve equipment placement based on safety, available space, lighting, power access, venue restrictions, weather conditions, and equipment protection.
If electricity is required, the client or venue must provide reasonable access to a safe and functioning power source unless otherwise agreed.
12. Outdoor Events and Weather
Outdoor use is subject to safe weather and venue conditions.
Rental equipment must remain protected from rain, standing water, excessive moisture, strong wind, extreme heat, and other conditions that may damage the equipment or create a safety risk.
JC Infinity Events LLC may relocate, modify, delay, or discontinue an outdoor setup if conditions are unsafe for guests or equipment.
13. Guestbook Attendant
If a package includes a dedicated guestbook attendant, the attendant's role is limited to the guestbook setup.
The attendant may assist guests with using the guestbook, monitor the setup, and help keep the guestbook experience running smoothly.
The attendant is not general event staff and is not responsible for event planning, serving, cleanup, security, guest supervision, or management of unrelated vendors or activities.
14. Guest Recordings
Guests voluntarily choose whether to record a message.
JC Infinity Events LLC does not control what guests say or record and cannot guarantee:
guest participation;
a particular number of recordings;
the content or quality of individual messages;
successful recordings when guests misuse the equipment.
JC Infinity Events LLC is not responsible for inappropriate, incomplete, accidental, unwanted, or unsuccessful guest recordings caused by guest actions.
15. Technical Issues
JC Infinity Events LLC takes reasonable steps to prepare, test, and maintain equipment.
However, electronic equipment can occasionally experience unexpected technical problems.
If a significant technical failure caused by JC Infinity Events LLC materially affects the booked service, any remedy will be determined according to the Rental & Service Agreement and applicable circumstances.
16. Digital Delivery and Keepsake Items
Recordings will be delivered according to the selected package.
Some packages may include digital delivery only, while others may include additional keepsake items such as a USB.
Package-specific inclusions are determined by the invoice, estimate, or Rental & Service Agreement.
JC Infinity Events LLC may retain recordings temporarily for processing and delivery and may delete stored copies 30 days after digital delivery.
Clients are encouraged to download and securely back up their files promptly.
17. Guest Conduct
The client is responsible for the conduct of guests around the rental setup.
JC Infinity Events LLC is not responsible for injury, property damage, loss, or interruption caused by intoxicated, reckless, disruptive, or unauthorized guest behavior or by third parties outside the Company's reasonable control.
18. Photos and Marketing
JC Infinity Events LLC will not intentionally use private guest recordings for advertising or social media without permission.
Photos or videos of the equipment, setup, décor, or event may only be used for promotional purposes when appropriate permission has been obtained.
19. Venue Rules
The client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits the selected rental equipment and setup.
JC Infinity Events LLC is not responsible for restrictions imposed by a venue after booking if those restrictions were not disclosed in advance.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JC Infinity Events LLC's liability arising from a booked service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
JC Infinity Events LLC is not responsible for indirect, consequential, emotional, or lost-opportunity damages resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
21. Website Information
JC Infinity Events LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate.
Photos may be used to demonstrate styling or presentation. Items specifically identified as not included are for display or styling purposes only.
Website content, package details, prices, images, and availability may be changed without notice.
The customer's signed agreement and invoice control if there is any difference between website information and the confirmed booking.
22. Intellectual Property
JC Infinity Events LLC branding, logos, website design elements, written content, graphics, and original promotional materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
